These little guys, which should still be with their mother, were dropped into us last week.
They had been used as part of an easter egg hunt for a shop over the Easter weekend, they had presumably done their job and were then surplus to requirements and given away.
Currently, would you not think that everyone should be putting their very best foot forward and not use animals for quite literally one day and then given to anyone who wanted them.
This is incredibly shameful. We have been unable to get the name of the supermarket, but we would encourage anyone that is attending an event, especially one that is only one day long, to stress to the organisers that in the first instance they should not be using animals in this way and that you and others hope that they have a plan in place for their correct rehoming and not just giving to the first pair of open arms.
The two fluffy’s are doing very well and will be available for adoption soon.
