Last week we welcomed our first official rescue resident into our wildlife unit. A fox cub was found wondering around the road with his mother nowhere to be seen. He’s roughly 4 weeks old and is doing very well, he will stay here to rehabilitate and prepare for his release into the wild.
We must say a belated huge thank you Grainne, Laura and bob from Fermoy, who called into the centre recently and who very kindly donated not only bags of food and treats for the dogs and cats but also €76.70 which they raised from the sale of cards that they made themselves. They took photos [...]
